1. What do you like the most about your cover?  I love my title and how it contrasts so well with the rest of my cover. 2. What would you have done differently?  I would tried to use a different picture where it would be easier to choose font colors. I couldn't make all the same color because they would end up blending in with the background. 3. List 3 techniques you used (Photoshop, photography, or combination). Camera raw filter, the spot healing brush tool, rule of thirds.

 SELF PORTRAITS ENVIRONMENTAL PORTRAITS CANDID PORTRAITS Candid Portraits- Capture a person going about everyday life and activities. Environmental portrait- uses a subject’s surroundings to help tell that person’s story. Self portrait- when you become your own subject.

The camera raw filter made the most impact and allowed more color and brightness in the photos. Which adjustment did you enjoy using the most? I enjoyed using the spot healing brush the most because it made it easily to remove the small blemished in my photo. On a scale of 1(easy)-10(very difficult) how difficult was this? This was a 4 out of 10.

  According to the video, Why would we retouch? According to the article, Why do we retouch? Do you believe re-touching is ethical why/why not? Do you believe that re-touching can go too far, why/why not? In photos, flaws are amplified so you would retouch to remove those. The job of retouching is to make people look as good as they were when they were standing in front of you. When they stand in front of you, their flaws aren't amplified like when you look at the photos. You can reduce the flaws, so that they look the way they do when you see them in person, not in the photos, but still keep the things that are apart of their look (mole, etc.).                              In many cases, we retouch due to the subject wanting to be retouched. Many want their photos to be seen as perfect, but when we go too far in the retouching is where we end up with undesirable photos by the subject and the public. When th...
